Description
These large double wall boxes are designed for the purpose of shipping, storing, and protecting larger items.
The double wall design consists of 2 inner corrugated layers, (fluting), which is then sandwiched between two outer layers (liners). This combination of layers results in a strong and sturdy structure that can withstand the rigors of both transportation and handling, as well as storage. The fluting also provides cushioning and protection against shocks and impacts, making large double wall boxes ideal for fragile or delicate items as well as larger heavier items.
Owing to their construction one of the main advantages of double wall boxes is their durability. The double-wall construction provides both added strength and resistance to crushing, punctures, and moisture, which helps to protect the contents from damage. They are also reusable and recyclable, making them an eco-friendly packaging option.
