Returns and Refunds Policy
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please call 03300 020 788 to discuss this with our Customer Services operative or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note the following:
- Any unwanted items that you wish to return must be received by us within 14 days of receipt of the item.
- The returned item must be unused and neatly packaged on return to us.
- For unwanted items, all outward shipping and return shipping charges are the Customer’s liability. In addition to this an administration fee of 20% (minimum charge £10.00) will be charged. We will deduct any charges from your refund. We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt of the returned items. Please allow 21 days for return and refund.
- Any defect, fault or shortage must be reported within 3 days of receipt of the item and action will be taken to replace or refund the order. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods or, where defective items are concerned, 7 days from acknowledgement of defect.
For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for any returns as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received. Alternatively, we can arrange collection at cost.
