Returns and Refunds Policy
If you require a refund only and have not received your order please review our T&C’s and email Returnsandrefunds@cardboardboxes.co.uk who will respond to your request.
If you have received any shortage or damage to your order upon arrival please report (within 3 days of delivery) to customerservices@cardboardboxes.co.uk along with any photos or evidence and our team will respond.
If you have received the order and require a refund please follow our returns policy as indicated below:
- Contact Returnsandrefunds@cardboardboxes.co.uk to report your intention/request for return and refund.
- Await reply from our team who will provide a returns note to be completed, this returns note must be included in your return. Failure to do so may delay or affect your refund.
- The returned item must be unused and neatly packaged in the original packaging on return to us, making sure the packaging is secured sufficiently for transit back to our warehouse.
- All pack quantities must complete (Part packs will not be processed for a refund).
- Any products returned used or damaged will not be refunded.
- For unwanted items, all outward shipping and return shipping charges are the Customer’s liability. We will deduct any charges from your refund. We will process your refund within 14 days of receipt of your returned order arriving at our warehouse.
- Any defect, fault or shortage must be reported within 3 days of receipt of the item and action will be taken to replace or refund the order. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods or, where defective items are concerned, 14 days from acknowledgement of defect.
For your protection we recommend that you use a tracked delivery service for any returns as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received back to our warehouse.
