We currently use national couriers to deliver all of our orders across the UK. Please see the following Delivery Information:
1) Our daily cut-off time for dispatches is 1.00pm (except for Saturday & Sunday deliveries when the cut-off time is 12 noon Friday).
2) We do not despatch on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays
3) Our couriers, in order to keep delivery charges at a minimum, will not make deliveries on Bank Holidays.
4) We are able to offer Next Day, Timed, Saturday and Sunday deliveries by prior arrangement with our sales team at an additional cost.
5) At peak periods the couriers may change available shipping methods. Should the shipping method selected not be available we will inform you as soon as possible.
6) Non receipt of an order by the customer due to no-one being at the delivery address to receive it and the customer not responding to the “Please get in touch with us card” (which in these circumstances will have been left by the courier and provides the customer with contact details to arrange a mutually convenient time to deliver) will result in the order being shipped back to us and we will incur a return charge. Therefore, should the customer require the order to be re-sent a charge of £30.00 will apply to cover the return charges and additional administration A refund of the order cost to the customer will not apply under these circumstances.
For England, Scotland, & Wales only delivery is £8.49 for orders below £150.00 or FREE for orders over £150.00. Delivery time for stock items to these locations is usually 4-5 working days from receipt of order and payment but these delivery times are a guide and are not guaranteed.
For the Isle of Wight delivery is £9.99. Delivery time for stock items to these locations is usually 5 working days from receipt of order and payment but these delivery times are a guide and are not guaranteed.
For Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Grampian, Scottish Highlands, Orkney, Shetland or Western Isles Standard Delivery is £22.99 for all orders (with the exception of large or bulky items for which carriage may have to be revised. For Northern Ireland, Standard Delivery is £19.99 for all orders (with the exception of large or bulky items for which carriage may have to be revised. Delivery time for stock items to this location is usually 5 working days from receipt of order and payment but these delivery times are a guide and are not guaranteed.
6) Delivery is available to the Republic of Ireland. Please contact us for further information
7) Free Delivery offers included with products only apply to areas deemed as standard delivery areas by the courier networks. Any out of area postcodes (including but not restricted to postcodes in Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Grampian, Scottish Highlands, Orkney, Shetland or Western Isles) are excluded from such offers and will attract our standard delivery fees.
8) All Boxes are shipped flat-packed.
9) Please note for goods shipped outside of the UK the Buyer assumes all responsibility for all Import charges/taxes that may be applicable.
