These long / tall double wall boxes are designed for shipping, storing, and protecting unusually shaped items such as golf clubs, umbrellas and other long items.

The double wall design consists of 2 inner corrugated layers, (fluting), which is sandwiched between two outer layers (liners). This combination of layers results in a strong and sturdy structure that can withstand the rigours of transportation, handling, and storage. The fluting also provides cushioning and protection against shocks and impacts, making these long / tall double wall boxes ideal for fragile or delicate items.

Owing to their construction one of the main advantages of double wall boxes is their durability. The double-wall construction provides both added strength and resistance to crushing, punctures, and moisture, which helps to protect the contents from damage. They are also reusable and recyclable, making them an eco-friendly packaging option.

The style of the boxes are made with top and bottom flaps for closure, (with the exception of the 1700 x 280 x 195mm Box with is supplied as a box and lid), with tape which can also be purchased from our site here.
