May 14th 1908 was a memorable day for one Charlie Fumas.  He became the world’s first airline passenger when he flew with Wilbur Wright at Kitty Hawk, North Carolina, USA. The flight was just a short hop.

Later the same day, Furnas flew with Wilbur’s brother, Orville Wright.  They covered 4,506 yards in four minutes and a few seconds.
