Our cardboard server shipping boxes come in 1U, 2U, 3U, 4U and 5U so that no matter what sized server, we can supply the correct sized media server box to accommodate it.
Our server boxes are made from Heavy Duty Double Walled CA Flute material (recommended for export shipping) which means that they are constructed with two layers of different sized corrugated fluting sandwiched between 3 layers of paper. This provides strength & rigidity & makes them the perfect choice for heavier items or items which require a higher level of protection during storage or transit.
The Box Style we use is 0203 which means the box has fully overlapping flaps for extra strength & security, all you need to do to construct them is tape the flaps closed at each end. They are supplied with a role of 5m x 750mm bubble wrap to ensure that your server has added protection when you put it inside the box.
