We currently use Parcelforce to deliver all our orders to the UK.

For the following areas please contact us at 01922 638555 regarding the
adjustment to your order carriage charge:

Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Isle of Wight, Grampian, Scottish Highlands, Orkney, Shetland or Western Isles.

Please note:

1) No dispatches are made after 12 oclock Fridays
2) No dispatches on Saturday/Sunday or Bank Holidays
3) Our carriers Parcelforce, in order to keep delivery charges at a minimum, will not make deliveries on Saturday/Sunday or Bank Holidays.
4) Unfortunately because of the cost, we are unable to offer a next day delivery service
5) Non receipt of an order by the client due to no one being at the delivery address to receive it and not responding to the "Please get in touch with us card" which in these circumstances will have been left by Parcelforce, this card provides the client with contact details to arrange a mutually convenient time to deliver, if contact is not undertaken by the client it will result in the order being shipped back to us at our charge, should the client require the order to be resent a charge of £30.00 will apply. A refund of the order cost to the client will not apply under these circumstances.

Standard Delivery is £7.50 for orders below £100.00 or FREE for orders over £100.00 - Delivery time for stock items is usually 2-3 working days from receipt of order and payment.
